The TRITAC Combatives self defense training course is a system for studying, training and learning reality based self defense. This is a hand to hand combat training DVD focusing on skill sets for street fights or life or death self defense situations. The skills you will develop are similar to a MMA fighter, minus the rules :). There are 6 main areas of combat skills you will focus on to become a well-rounded, powerful combat martial artist.
