This newest addition to our library is on the traditional fighting bench used in the Southern Chinese martial arts systems and is the first in a new series, Ancient Weapons of Kung Fu. With a special foreword by Dr. Mark Cheng, the Tiger Head Fighting Bench covers all the ingenious aspects of this amazing weapon. The text is several books in one. As always, Master Koh delves deeply into the history and philosophy behind this weapon. The text displays the solo Tiger Head Bench form, an intricate fighting set between Bench and Butterfly Knives shown separately in individual solo sets as well as matching set, and a wonderful display of bench fighting techniques against other weapons all constructed in an "on the spot" manner showing the versatility of the weapon.
