Ninja Warrior: Bojutsu Defense Techniques Book by Jack Hoban (Preowned)
Within the Bujinkan ninjutsu tradition, which is the world's only legitimate school for training in the ninja arts, bojutsu is an important component to karn in order to attain the higher ranks bestowed by 34th ninia grandmaster Dr. Massaki Hatsumi. Jack Hoban is well qualified to instruct the serious ninja student in the art of using the wooden stick for defensive purposes. His ninja training approach addresses both the physical level, which develops a natural automatic response to any situation, and the the emotional level, which overcomes fear and doubt. The ninja philosophy behind his techniques holds that one has the right to defend oneself if attacked. Ninja Warrior presents realistic training scenarios that bring use of classical martial arts weapons and their modern counterparts into a contemporary perspective.
