Yoshinori Kono's first guidebook on how to live and live life with the elderly in mind. It is packed with useful tips for middle-aged and young people too!

Now that I've passed the age of 70, my skills are more useful than ever, and they continue to improve.

In this book, I write about my own way of life so far, my realizations as a martial arts researcher,
how to think about them in daily life, and how to use what I have realized in my daily life.

As an author, I would be extremely happy if this book can help you experience the wonder and subtlety of being alive,
dig deep within yourself, and take a deeper look at what it means to be alive.
