Catch as Catch Can (CACC) is a martial arts martial art that is said to be wrestling with joint skills and is the source of current professional wrestling. While its existence itself is known among professional wrestling fans and martial arts enthusiasts, few people tell about the actual technical part, and little is known about its concrete appearance. This time, I learned the CACC directly from the former professional wrestler Bill Robinson, who has the nickname of "human windmill", and Hideki Suzuki, who goes up to the ring as an active professional wrestler, is the author. Understand "It is a technical book that is unique in the world. Obi "How are you! If you are fine, you can chase your dreams! Let the screams of your soul resonate with professional wrestling fans!" (Antonio Inoki) "Mr. Suzuki's base is the soul of our coach Robinson. Have fun and always "Do it again!" (Josh Burnett)

Great book!

I don't speak Japanese but I used the translate feature on my camera and snapped pics of all the pages. Worked very well. Thanks budovideos!

Great

Beautiful book, well laid out. It is as you'd expect entirely in japanese, but you can glean a lot of it from the step by step imagery and flow lines with points and angles of emphasis. Like having instructional freeze frames on your hands, I really dig books like this
