Ryoun Sasaki

  • Born in Tokyo in 1947 (Showa 22), Ryoun Sasaki's lifelong dedication to martial arts, Zen meditation, and yoga led him to discover and propagate the Hida-style strengthening techniques. As the director of the Tanden Research Institute, he continues to educate and guide individuals nationwide on health and vitality through these methods.
