TWIBJJ Episode 63 - Henry Akins

In part one of this episode, Budo Jake is joined by black belt Henry Akins who has trained under Rickson Gracie for 10 years and was one of the main instructors at Rickson's Academy. Henry goes into detail about the lessons that he's learned over the many years under Rickson and some of the dojo challenges that were faced at the school. They also discuss Henry's School - Dynamix MMA and talk about the fights in Metamoris 4.

Part two Budo Jake and Henry head out to the mats where Henry shows off one of his favorite moves, the gift-wrap. It's a great move to learn for sport jiu-jitsu, self defense and MMA.
