Great gi

I bought this on budovideos.tv and got a lot out of it. I get bored of a lot of videos where the guy goes on and on about a minor detail. Jake covers all the important points in an appropriate amount of time. I like it when teachers are clear but succinct. I don't need a 10 minute lecture to tell me to put my hand this way instead of that way lol. I found uses for just about all of the counters that were shown. In particular I liked the omoplata stuff as I like to study that position. Hope you make more videos soon.

I had a couple cheap pairs of shorts that were falling apart and decided to invest in a pair of Nogi shorts. It's a bit shorter than my other grappling shorts, which I like. The inner liner is cool too. Word of warning, since these have an elastic waistband make sure to tie the drawstrings before grappling! I'll be getting another color soon.

I recently purchased the Ghost shorts and they have exceeded my expectations. The shorts are incredibly comfortable, with a soft and flexible material that makes them perfect for grappling. The durability is also impressive, withstanding the rigors of grappling and other physically demanding activities. I was concerned that the material might wear out or tear easily, but so far they have held up incredibly well. I highly recommend these shorts to anyone looking for a pair that is both comfortable and durable, especially for grappling.

Included isn't always useful the photos of movements aren't always clear. Great idea however just another money making scheme. There's not much on the market for the individual practitioner whom doesn't have partners to help.
